Already running a team on Cosmo and something feels off? Email porter@rocketteamai.com. Please include:
- The team or agent name involved.
- Roughly when the issue happened (date + time of day is plenty).
- What you expected vs. what actually happened — “Cosmo didn't text Maria this morning” is great. The more specific, the faster we can dig in.
