The problem we set out to fix

Every real-estate team leader we talked to had the same story. They knew which agents were grinding and which ones were coasting — but only at the end of the month, after the numbers were already in. Sales meetings turned into postmortems. Coaching was reactive. By the time anyone noticed an agent had ghosted their pipeline for two weeks, the listings they should have won were already gone.

The CRMs everyone bought to fix this didn't. CRMs are filing cabinets. They store data; they don't coach. They certainly don't text an agent at 9 a.m. and say, “You're at 4 conversations today — let's get to 8 before lunch.”

What Cosmo actually does
