Rocket Team AI is a small software company building one thing: Cosmo, an accountability coach that works entirely over text. It started with real estate teams and now runs for title teams too.
The problem we set out to fix
Every team leader we talked to told the same story. They knew who was grinding and who was coasting, but only at the end of the month, after the numbers were in. Sales meetings turned into postmortems. By the time anyone noticed a rep had gone quiet for two weeks, the deals they should have won were gone.
The CRMs everyone bought to fix this didn’t. A CRM stores data. It doesn’t notice that someone has gone quiet, and it doesn’t text them on a Tuesday evening to ask how the day went.
What Cosmo does
The whole team works toward a 100-point week. Cosmo keeps score, so you don’t have to.

Who built this
Rocket Team AI is founded and built by Porter Herrera, who sets up every new team personally: your activities, your roster, and Cosmo’s first text to your reps.
It runs on a deliberately boring stack: Next.js on Vercel, Supabase for data, Telnyx for text messages, and Anthropic’s Claude for Cosmo’s coaching voice. We treat your team’s data the way we’d want ours treated. The Security and Privacy pages have the details.
