These terms cover the Rocket Team AI SMS program. By opting in (see below), you agree to them. They're specific to text messaging — our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply.
Program description
Rocket Team AI operates a sales-accountability SMS program. Its assistant, Cosmo, sends coaching check-ins to real estate agents whose team leader has enrolled them and who have opted in: a daily “how'd today go?” check-in, streak and goal-pace nudges, and replies to the activity an agent texts in (for example, “had 6 conversations and set 2 appointments”). It is not marketing, prospecting, or promotional messaging.
Message frequency
Recurring messages, up to about 2 messages per day. The actual number varies with the agent's own activity and replies (a conversation with Cosmo may involve a few back-and-forth texts).
Cost
Message and data rates may apply.Rocket Team AI does not charge agents for messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
How to opt out and get help
- Reply STOP to any message to cancel and stop all further messages. Reply START (or YES) to opt back in.
- Reply HELP for help, or email porter@rocketteamai.com.
Consent
Messages are sent only to agents who have opted in. A team leader obtains the agent's consent (verbally and/or in writing), and the agent confirms directly by replying START or YES to Cosmo's welcome text — a double opt-in. Full details are on our opt-in & consent page. Opt-in records are retained for at least 4 years.
Carriers
Messages are delivered over Telnyx on a 10DLC campaign registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail on what we collect and what we never do.
