How we handle your team's data.

Rocket Team AI (“we”, “us”, “Rocket Team AI”) operates rocketteamai.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
Who this applies to
This covers team leaders who create accounts on rocketteamai.com, and the team members those leaders add to their teams.
What we collect
- Team leader info: name, email, team name, billing details (held by Stripe — we never see card numbers).
- Agent info: name, phone number, annual GCI goal. Added by the team leader.
- Activity data: daily conversations, appointments, contracts, and closed deals — either self-reported by agents via SMS or pulled from an integrated CRM.
- SMS history: the back-and-forth between Cosmo and each agent, for the purpose of coaching tone and quality.
What we never do
- We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile opt-in data, phone numbers, or SMS consent is ever sold, rented, or shared for anyone else's marketing.
- We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
- We never send marketing texts to agents. Every SMS is coaching content the agent opted into.
- We never scrape, buy, or pre-seed phone numbers. Every agent phone number in our system was entered by a team leader who has the right to contact them.
Mobile messaging (SMS)
Rocket Team AI sends SMS accountability coaching from Cosmo to agents who have opted in. Here is exactly how it works and what to expect:
- What we collect and why:we collect an agent's mobile number solely to send the program's coaching messages (daily check-ins, streak nudges, and replies to what the agent texts). We do not use it for anything else.
- No third-party sharing: we do NOT share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only vendor that ever touches a mobile number is our SMS carrier (Telnyx), strictly to deliver the messages you asked for.
- How consent is obtained:a team leader obtains each agent's consent (verbally and/or in writing) before adding them, and the agent then confirms directly — a double opt-in — by replying START or YES to Cosmo's welcome text. Coaching messages begin only after that reply. See our opt-in & consent page for the full flow.
- How to opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time to end all messages immediately (reply START to resume).
- How to get help: reply HELP for help, or email porter@rocketteamai.com.
- Message frequency: recurring, up to about 2 messages per day (it varies with your own activity and replies).
- Message and data rates may apply.
We are registered through The Campaign Registry (TCR) and operate on Telnyx 10DLC infrastructure in full TCPA compliance. Opt-in and consent records are retained for at least 4 years. See our Messaging Terms for the program terms.
Subprocessors
We rely on a small set of trusted vendors to run Rocket Team AI. Each receives only the data needed to perform its job:
- Supabase — database and authentication (US hosting).
- Vercel — application hosting (US edge network).
- Telnyx — SMS delivery and 10DLC compliance.
- Anthropic — the LLM behind Cosmo. Inputs and outputs are not used by Anthropic to train models for other customers.
- Resend — transactional email (digests, notifications).
- Stripe — payment processing. We never store your card details.
- Sentry — error monitoring. We scrub SMS content from error reports.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time:
- Export:email us from the address on your account and we'll send a JSON archive of your team within 7 days.
- Delete: cancel your subscription in the dashboard, or email us to request immediate deletion. Cancellation triggers automatic deletion 30 days later (see retention below).
- Agent opt-out:any agent can reply STOP to Cosmo at any time to end coaching messages. Their historical data is retained only as long as the leader's subscription is active.
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, and EU residents have rights under GDPR. We honor both. Email us to exercise them.
Data retention
Active accounts: your data stays available as long as your subscription is active. Cancelled accounts: all data is deleted 30 days after cancellation, except anonymized aggregate statistics we use to improve Cosmo's coaching.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Database access is scoped per-team by row-level security. We monitor for anomalies and will notify affected customers within 72 hours of any confirmed breach.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data in a way that affects you, we'll email every active team leader at least 30 days in advance.
