Every morning, Cosmo texts each agent their exact target for the day — how many conversations, appointments, and contracts they need to stay on pace for their annual deal goal, plus a short motivational line tailored to their streak. Every evening, Cosmo asks how the day went and logs the numbers. Wins get celebrated, misses get a push to catch up tomorrow.
Agents opt in explicitly — they get one initial invite text, reply YES, and only then does the daily loop start. They can reply STOP at any time to cancel. We're fully TCPA + 10DLC compliant (registered through The Campaign Registry, brand ID CBXNTBEA) so the carrier doesn't block the messages and you don't get a lawsuit.
