Every morning, Cosmo texts each agent their exact target for the day — how many conversations, appointments, and contracts they need to stay on pace for their annual GCI goal, plus a short motivational line tailored to their streak. Every evening, Cosmo asks how the day went and logs the numbers. Wins get celebrated, misses get a push to catch up tomorrow.
Agents opt in explicitly — they get one initial invite text, reply YES, and only then does the daily loop start. They can reply STOP at any time to cancel. We're fully TCPA + 10DLC compliant (registered through The Campaign Registry, brand ID CBXNTBEA) so the carrier doesn't block the messages and you don't get a lawsuit.
About 90 seconds per agent. You enter their name and phone number, Cosmo sends the opt-in text, they reply, and the daily coaching starts the next morning. No app for them to install. No training. No CRM migration.
Not yet — it's on the roadmap for Q3. Today, the daily numbers come from the agent's evening SMS check-in. When CRM integration ships, those numbers will auto-pull from your CRM's activity log so agents don't even have to text them in.

From there, the 5% / 50% / 20% conversion math produces their daily targets automatically and adjusts as they fall behind or pull ahead.
Cosmo has one voice — warm, specific, direct, and real-estate-fluent. We tune it so it never sounds like a chatbot. Enterprise customers can request custom voice tuning (e.g., match a specific broker's tone) as part of onboarding.
You cancel from your dashboard, one click. No phone calls, no retention team. Cosmo stops texting that day. Your historical data stays accessible for 30 days in case you come back, then gets deleted.
Only you (the team leader) and the agents on your team. There's a presentation mode for the Power team tier that you can project in a weekly team meeting to show who's crushing it. Nothing is public.
Solo agent ($30/mo) is for an individual agent who wants their own Cosmo coach without being part of a team. Growing team ($150/mo) is for a team leader who wants Cosmo coaching up to 20 agents plus Mission Control to oversee the whole team.
Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card. Stripe is PCI Level 1 + SOC 2 certified. You can update or cancel anytime from the billing page in your dashboard.
