Your points, your rules
You start from the standard real estate scale: 15 activities, weighted toward the work that moves deals. High-volume work scores in batches, so every 25 dials is a point, adding up across the week.
Then make it yours in Settings → Activities: rename anything, change any value, remove what you don’t track, and add what you do. Cosmo follows your scale everywhere: scoring, replies, the board, and what reps see when they ask what’s worth points.
