How opt-in works.

Rocket Team AI only texts agents who have opted in. This page describes exactly how that consent is obtained and confirmed — the call-to-action and consent flow for our SMS program.

Who receives messages

Real estate agents whose team leader uses Rocket Team AI and who have opted in to hear from Cosmo, the program's SMS accountability coach. We never text people who have not opted in, and we never buy, scrape, or pre-seed phone numbers.

The opt-in flow (double opt-in)

  1. 1 — The team leader obtains consent. Before adding an agent, the team leader confirms the agent agrees to receive SMS coaching from Cosmo. Consent is collected verbally and/or in writing as part of joining the team, and the leader attests to it in the product.
  2. 2 — The agent confirms directly. The agent receives a one-time welcome text that identifies the program and asks them to reply START or YES to begin. This second, agent-initiated confirmation is the double opt-in — coaching messages start only after the agent replies.

Because opt-in is granted per person and confirmed from the agent's own phone, an agent is never enrolled without their own affirmative action.

What the first message says

The welcome text identifies the sender (Rocket Team AI / Cosmo), states that message and data rates may apply, and gives the STOP and HELP keywords — so every recipient sees the required disclosures on first contact.

What to expect after opting in

  • Program: sales-accountability check-ins from Cosmo (daily check-in, streak/goal nudges, and replies to what you text in).
  • Frequency: recurring, up to about 2 messages per day.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out anytime: reply STOP to cancel all messages (reply START to resume).
  • Get help: reply HELP, or email porter@rocketteamai.com.

Privacy & records

We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in and consent records are retained for at least 4 years. For full details, see our Privacy Policy and Messaging Terms.
